If the item you purchased does not meet your requirements for any reason we will be happy to exchange it for another item or, if you prefer, we will issue you a full refund. Items must be in original condition, including unopened packaging, (except when faulty) and must be postmarked as returned within 7 days of purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees regarding the return of goods.
Please email customers@RivieraHandbags.co.uk as soon as you decide to return an item. We will guide you through the returns process including providing a Reference Number to label the item for posting.
